Rectangular wooden stela with a rounded top. The images and inscriptions have been painted onto the surface. The top is dominated by a winged solar disk. An offering scene is shown below this, divided symmetrically into two separate scenes. To the left, the stela's owner Hahat faces Atum, to the right Re-Harakhty. In between the figures is an offering stand with a lotus flower. The bottom half of the stela is taken up by an inscription.
Left side: Speech by the Osiris, the Prophet of Montu, the Lord of Thebes, the monthly priest of the Temple of Amun of the first phyle, Hahat true of voice, the son of the Divine Father, the Prophet, the monthly priest of the Temple of Amun of the second phyle, Ankhef-n-khonsu true of voice, born of the mistress of the house and lady, Mut-hetepti true of voice: Adoration to you, Re, and adoration to you, Amun, at your beautiful appearance, when you traverse heaven, and you have touched the earth, then you unite the (upper) sky with the evening glow. The two national shrines come to you bowing and they praise you every day in good peace to the Osiris, the Prophet of Montu, the Lord of Thebes, the monthly priest of the Temple of Amun of the second (sic!) phyle, Hahat true of voice, the son of the Prophet of Montu, the Lord of Thebes, Ankhef-n-khonsu, true of voice, and venerable, born of the mistress of the house and lady, Mut-hetepti, true of voice, and venerable. Right side: Speech by the Osiris, the prophet of Montu, the Lord of Thebes, the monthly priest of the Temple of Amun of the first phyle, Hahat true of voice, the son of the Prophet of Montu, the Lord of Thebes, Ankhef-n-khonsu true of voice, born of the mistress of the house and lady, Mut-hetepti true of voice: Oh Re, lord of rays, who rises in the horizon, who beams in the face of the Osiris, the semati-priest of Thebes, the water-pourer, the embracer of the udjat-eye, Hahat true of voice. May the Ba of the Osiris, the Prophet of Montu, the Lord of Thebes, Hahat true of voice proceed with you to the sky after he has set sail in the Me'andjet bark and after he has moored in the Mesektet bark. May he join the (stars) in the sky who know no rest, namely the Osiris, the Prophet of Montu, the Lord of Thebes, the monthly priest of the Temple of Amun of the first phyle, Hahat true of voice.
