Sobre la estela figura la estatua del rey en actitud de marcha, llevando la corona del Alto Egipto, una barba ceremonial y el faldellín real. Entre la estatua e Isis a la derecha está grabada una pequeña mesa de ofrendas con un vaso de libaciones y una flor de loto.Isis lleva un vestido largo y ancho, anudado bajo el pecho. Está tocada con una peluca rematada por un cono de perfume y de una flor de loto cuyo tallo atraviesa el cono. Con la mano derecha sujeta un sistro.
