The Global Egyptian Museum

The lamp with a round body has a monogram and a cross in the center, surrounded by two raised circles. The handle has two ridges on the top and is facing the right side. 

The wick opening is round with a spiral ornament above it. The spiral ornament is distinguished by a symbol for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Cette lampe à corps rond est ornée d'un monogramme et d'une croix au milieu, entourée par deux cercles en relief. Tournée vers la droite, la poignée est surmontée de deux crêtes.

Quant à l'ouverture dans laquelle la mèche était introduite, elle est ronde et un motif en forme de spirale se trouve au-dessus. Ce motif se distingue par un symbole représenté en l'honneur du Seigneur Jésus-Christ.

مسرجه لها بدن دائري، يوجد monogram لصليب علي وسط المسرجة، فتحة الزيت تمثل الحز الجانبي الأيمن، ويحيط بالصليب دائرتان بارزتان، المقبض يعلوه حزين.

فتحة الفتيل دائرية الشكل يعلوها زخارف لولبية وتتميز بوجود رمز من رموز السيد المسيح .
