Commentaire général
Provenance: Documentation is absent, but since all Old Kingdom objects from Golenischeff's collection are from Saqqara, the same provenance of this offering stone is most probable. Preservation: Right halves of the hieroglyphs in the right column are destroyed, but not a single sign is lost completely. Text comment: Unique pleonastic spelling of the word jmn.t may be considered an argument for dating the offering table to late Dyn.VI. For mjtr.t see Helck W., Untersuchungen zu den Beamtentiteln des #gyptischen Alten Reiches (Gl#ckstadt - Hamburg - New York, 1954), 102. The name Imhet is not recorded by Ranke, cf. male Imh, Personennamen I, 32, no.11.
