Vierkant paneel van effen textiel met paarsgeverfde decoratie van een buitenrand met geometrische figuren om een vierkant in het midden, waar ineengevlochten strengen een boom des levens en vijf naakte figuren omringen. In iedere hoek van het binnenvierkant bevindt zich een geel- en groengeverfde ring. Dit exemplaar komt uit een prachtige verzameling Koptisch textiel uit Achmim die in 1888 werd aangekocht.

Ein quadratisches ungefärbtes Stoffstück mit purpurner Dekoration, die aus einem äußeren geometrischen Rand um ein zentrales Quadrat herum besteht, in dem ineinander greifende Flechtbänder einen Lebensbaum und fünf nackte Figuren umgeben. In jeder Ecke des inneren Quadrates befindet sich ein gelb und grün gefärbter Kreis. Dies ist ein Exemplar aus einer Reihe von schönen koptischen Stoffen aus Achmim, die 1888 erworben wurden.

Semplice tessuto di sfondo di forma quadrata, con una decorazione tinta di colore porpora, rappresentante un bordo geometrico attorno ad un quadrato centrale, dove un motivo ad intreccio racchiude un albero della vita e cinque figure nude. Su ciascun angolo del quadrato interno è possibile vedere un anello tinto di colore giallo e verde. Questo frammento fa parte di una raffinata serie di tessuti copti provenienti da Akhmim, acquistati nel 1888.

Painel quadrangular em tecido com fundo liso e decoração com cercadura geométrica exterior, tingida a roxo, que rodeia quadrado central entrançado rodeando árvore da vida e cinco figuras desnudadas. Em cada canto do quadrado central encontra-se anel tingido de amarelo e verde. Faz parte de distinta colecção de tecidos coptas proveniente de Akhmim e adquirida em 1888.

Panel cuadrado de tejido corriente de fondo con decoración teñida de púrpura y un borde en torno a un cuadrado central, en el cual galones entrelazados rodean a un árbol de la vida y a cinco figuras desnudas. En cada esquina del cuadrado interior hay un anillo teñido de amarillo y verde. Forma parte de un magnífico grupo de tejidos coptos procedentes de Ajmim adquiridos en 1888.
