The Global Egyptian Museum

This model of a square basin has two series of channels. In one, water runs to the center of the basin and the other series channels the water away from the center. The water emerges after being ritually purified. 

It is a small-scale representation of the Labyrinth Palace of Minos, the king of Crete. The basin was also used for purifying and cooling water.

Il s'agit d'un modèle de bassin carré doté de deux séries de canaux. Dans l'un, l'eau coule vers le centre du bassin; l'autre canalise l'eau depuis le centre. L'eau émerge après avoir été rituellement purifiée. 

Il s'agit d'une représentation à petite échelle du Labyrinthe, le palais de Minos, roi de Crête. Ce bassin était également utilisé pour purifier et rafraîchir l'eau.

حوض مربع بأخاديد، وهو نموذج للأحواض المربعة مقسم لسلسلتين من القنوات. في إحداها يمر الماء إلى وسط الحوض، وفي القناة الأخرى يجري الماء من الوسط؛ ويخرج بعد أن يكون قد طهر شعائريا. 

هذا تمثيل على نطاق مصغر لقصر التيه (اللابرينت)؛ وهو قصر مينوس ملك كريت. وكان الحوض يستخدم أيضا في تنقية وتبريد الماء.
