The Global Egyptian Museum

The lamp has two openings for oil with a centaur painted in the middle. A centaur is a mythological creature with the body of a horse and the head and torso of a human. Grapes and spirals come out of the centaur from above. 

There is a tube connecting the middle of the lamp with the wide opening of the wick, on which there are traces of burning. The sides are decorated with triangles opposite each other. Each side has a protruding point. The solid handle is partly broken.

Cette lampe a deux ouvertures dans lesquelles l'huile était versée. Un centaure est peint au milieu de cette lampe. Des vignes et des spirales sortent du centaure. 

Un tube relie le milieu de la lampe à l'ouverture dans laquelle la mèche était introduite. Cette ouverture présente des traces de brûlure. Les côtés de cette lampe sont décorés de triangles disposés les uns face aux autres. Chaque côté a un point qui fait saillie. Quant à la solide poignée, elle est aujourd'hui partiellement brisée.

مسرجة بها فتحتان للزيت يتوسطهما كنتاروس منفذ بطريقة زخرفية يخرج من أعلاه ثمار العنب ولولبيات. 

يتصل وسط المسرجة بفتحة الفتيل التاسعة عن طريق قناة، وتوجد آثار احتراق في فتحة الفتيل. أما الأكتاف فعليها زخرفة عبارة عن مثلثات الواحدة عكس الأخرى تنتهي بنقطة بالبارز من كل جانب. والمقبض مسمط وبه جزء مكسور.
