Description
The terra-cotta statuette represents a girl sitting on a simple chair. Her body is painted in white, except for the hair. She sits with a writing tablet, or board, on her knees. Her head is slightly turned to the right, her hands are placed on her knees, and the feet are missing. The hair is arranged around the head with a plait in the center and the features of her face include fleshy lips and a large nose.

Cette statuette en terre cuite représente une fille assise sur une simple chaise avec une tablette sur les genoux. Son corps est peint en blanc, à l'exception de ses cheveux. Sa tête est légèrement tournée vers la droite et ses mains sont sur ses genoux. Quant à ses pieds, ils font défaut. Ses cheveux forment un chignon et sont ornés d'une tresse au milieu. Parmi les traits de son visage, on retrouve notamment des lèvres charnues et un grand nez.
يصور هذا التمثال من الفخار المحروق، فتاة تجلس على كرسى بسيط. وقد طلى جسدها بلون أبيض باستثناء الشعر. وهى تجلس بلوح الكتابة على ركبتيها، منحرفاً رأسها قليلاً إلى اليمين وتضع يداها على ركبتيها، وتفتقد القدمين. وقد صف الشعر من حول الرأس مع ثنية في الوسط حيث تتميز قسمات وجهها بشفتين ممتلئين وأنف كبير.
