This papyrus contains an allusion to a "prostagma", a royal decree that was to touch upon agricultural businesses of which the fragment P. Lille 77 (b) reveals characteristic elements of vocabulary. Note also the vocabulary typical of petitions (the word "entenxis" in line 10).
