This fragment of a rectangular palette diagrammatically represents a temple of Neith in which are situated the emblem of the goddess and two beetles, the "Agrypnus notodonta", the animal sacred to Neith. The grooves in the central part demonstrate that the object was used as a cosmetic palette.
